Arrival, hotel transfer and Cusco City Tour

Tikaymi welcomes you at the airport and coordinates the transfer to your hotel. If your arrival time allows it, the afternoon is reserved for the Cusco City Tour: Qoricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. It is a useful first day because you see important sites without leaving too far from the city.

Sacred Valley and train connection

You leave Cusco toward the Sacred Valley, visit Pisac, stop for buffet lunch in Urubamba and continue to Ollantaytambo. From there, the route connects with the train station instead of returning to Cusco, which keeps the day efficient and positions you closer to Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu and return to Cusco

our visit to Machu Picchu is organized based on the previously confirmed circuit and train schedule, ensuring a smooth and well-ordered experience. Our staff will assist you in Aguas Calientes as you board the bus to the citadel entrance. Once there, you will tour the Machu Picchu *llaqta* (citadel) with a professional guide who will explain the history and key details of this archaeological site. At the end of the tour, you will return to Aguas Calientes by bus and then take the train back. Finally, the transfer to Cusco is provided via tourist transport, completing your experience from start to finish.

Farewell and airport transfer

Your final transfer is arranged according to your flight time. If the schedule leaves free time in Cusco, Deicy can suggest a simple plan that does not risk the airport timing.
